However, I soon realized that simply treating symptoms with diet charts, yoga asanas, and therapeutic recommendations wasn’t enough. Often, aspects like sleep hygiene, stress management, or one’s relationship with food were overlooked, leaving patients feeling helpless and unable to sustain wellness plans. My patients became my greatest teachers, showing me that lasting well-being comes when solutions align with their daily lives, free from guilt and unrealistic expectations.
Today, my approach is deeply rooted in understanding the individual — exploring yogic personality traits, the psychological principles of yoga found in the Vedas, and the wisdom of the Upanishads. I work one-on-one, identifying the root cause of imbalances and crafting personalized, holistic treatment plans. No two people experience a disorder in the same way, so no two healing journeys should be identical.
