Hi, I am Dr. Aditi Garg

I am a Yoga and Naturopathy Physician with a focus on mental health, lifestyle disorders, and pain management. With eight years of experience and ongoing education in clinical yoga and lifestyle medicine, I help individuals heal naturally through Medical Yoga Therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Nutrition, and Lifestyle Medicine.
