I’m a Yoga and Naturopathy Physician with over eight years of experience and ongoing education in mental health, stress management, lifestyle disorders, and pain management. At Wellnesstaru, I blend Medical Yoga Therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and Lifestyle Medicine to offer personalized, evidence-based care.
